Return and Cancellation

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Due to the fact that we are custom made company. We do not accept any cancellation or modification of our product. We hope that you are making the right choice when buying in our store.

We do not accept any return.

We prefer fixing problem by sending a replacement which only for damaged or defective product.  As for Refund,  we do not give refund but there is an exception which is lost package and you have provided enough evidence for your lost parcel

It can happen due to shipment problem, please contact us within 25 days and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement. Please write down a description of the problem, with details of how it the product was packaged.
Please take pictures of damaged item(s) and its packaging(compulsory). If your order have more than 1 item please let us know if you need a reprint of all items. Then, you’ll get a replacement free of charge.

Shipment and Delivery

How long does the shipping take?

Shipping time is between 7 to 15 days. All PayPal pending orders need more time for verification and processing. During holidays season or disaster the delivery could take extra time. please bear with us.

Yes, we provide international shipment and the shipping should be free.

Yes, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. If you don’t receive your tracking within 7 days, please contact us.

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. We are using different suppliers but no worries, you’ll receive different tracking numbers by email once your items are shipped. For more questions, don’t hesitate to contact us (contact@asiantales-shop.com).

For package lost in transit, please contact within 25 days of the estimated delivery so that we can give a refund or replacement. But before being approved, you need you to do a little investigation
1. Your address needs to be correct and completed.
2. You have contacted your local post office and/or the shipping carrier to locate the order.
3. Your order is not marked as delivered.
4. The estimated delivery needs to be overdue.
5. You didn’t received any new update with your tracking number from the shipping carrier. 

Please check the tracking link and the status history. If there are updates in the status history please wait few more days before contacting us. If there is no update at all please contact our team.

If the courier cannot deliver your package due to insufficient or incorrect address, your package will go back to the supplier. Please contact us with an updated address and we’ll resend your product(s), shipment fees will be charged.

Your unclaimed package might be available at your local post office or at a carrier pick up point, please do check those locations.

Product Quality and Production

Will printing quality be exactly the same as on my screen?

Colors might be slightly different when printing depending on your individual screen quality and on multiple factors that can influence the color consistency. If you are still not satisfied with the quality of the product, please send pictures so we can find a solution.

The production time vary between products and suppliers and it is between 4 to 7 days.

Taxes & Fees

Do I have to pay custom fees / taxes?

We are not responsible for any customs fees. We try our best to work with local suppliers and to include taxes, VAT into the product price. But if it not possible , we apologize as we cannot control taxes and VAT from different states, countries and areas.
